More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.

Also included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various areas of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
